At ISOTERRA we currently don't provide returns and refunds so please refer to our size chart and order accordingly.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos of the damage.

Note: Exchanges are only available for defective and damaged items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
